Starting today, I will be corresponding with you
through this web site. No longer will I need to 
see you face-to-face or have to deal directly with 
your insubordinate behavior. I write--you read.

My correspondence will be found regularly at this
site. After displaying the memo, make sure to 
print it, keep it, and refer to it regularly. We 
can discuss issues during my quarterly visits to 
the office.
